Evidence of the Feelings Maulana Nur-ud-Din Sahib Harboured
in His Heart for Mir Nasir Nawab and Mirza Bashir-ud-Din
Mahmud Ahmad Sahib!!!: Below is an important extract of a lengthy letter, written by Maulana Nur-ud-Din Sahib, in which he expresses the feelings that he harboured in his heart for Mirza Bashir-ud-Din Mahmud Ahmad Sahib (the 2nd Khalifa of the Qadiani Section). This letter was written hardly ten months before Maulana Nur-ud-Din Sahib's death. In a way, this is the last written evidence of how Maulana Sahib thought of Mirza Bashir-ud-Din Sahib. It is hoped that our Qadiani Brothers will ponder over these words and gain benefit from it. It will be evident after reading this extract, that Maulana Nur-ud-Din Sahib was completely satisfied and happy with those members of the Ahmadiyya Movement that later formed the Lahore Group of the Ahmadiyya Movement. On the other hand, he was completely dissatisfied and put-off with Mirza Bashir-ud-Din and his companions. "....
